Q: Where is security?
City campus (Map) – Security is in A block, opposite the Hub
Rotokauri campus (Map) – M block

Q: What is the number for security?
0800-587-9000 or extension 9000 from the internal phones
You can also find the security number on the back of the Student ID card
Q: Where is Student Enrolment & Information Centre
City campus (Map) – A block, Ground floor
Rotokauri campus (Map) – S block (the same building as the Hub), Ground floor

Q: Is there a phone?
Yes, there is a phone in the hub (City Campus G Block - next to table tennis table) (Rotokauri Campus S Block by the vending machines and Microwaves), students can only call landline numbers and not mobile numbers. There are phones in every building in case of emergency.
Q: Can I make toll calls?
No, it’s only for the local area but if you have the International Calling Card, you can make calls anywhere outside New Zealand.
