ITS Service Desk Opening Hours
Information Technology Services (ITS) is based in the Gallagher Hub at the City Campus, and in the Hub at the Rotokauri Campus, providing IT support to all Wintec students.
The team can assist with a wide range of IT-related issues, including:
Computer Accounts
Internet Access
Moodle
Free Office 365 for Students
Note: Our IT Help Desk does not provide support for training in specialist software, advice on computer purchases, or IT support for personal devices and software.

You can drop in at our help desk locations on each campus:
City Campus, Gallagher Hub (G Block) Located next to the Library Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
Rotokauri Campus, Hub (S Block) Located at the Enrolment Desk Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
Weekends and Public Holidays: CLOSED
