To print and copy, you must top up credits on your student ID card. Q: How do I top up my Student ID card for printing? Top-up your print balance online using a debit or credit card through My Printing. You can access My Printing on any device via onlinetopup.wintec.ac.nz Please note: minimum top up is $2.00 and maximum of $100.00 There are NO top-up cash machines at the City Campus or Rotokauri. Both campuses are now cashless. Print & Copy costs Black and White: A4 – 10 cents/page A3 – 20 cents/page Colour: A4 – 60 cents/page A3 – $1.20/page Scanning is free Please note credit under $10 on your Student ID card under is NOT REFUNDABLE.

What do I need to do? 1) Need to check the printers name in the printer properties, it should be WintecPrint 2) Make sure you have enough credit on your card. 3) Swipe your card on the side of the machine in order to access the printer menu. Q: How do I print if I have forgotten my ID card? You can type your username and password on the printer and you can print/copy if you have enough printing credit. If you do not have enough credit, you can top up online at onlinetopup.ac.nz Q: Can I print from my own laptop? Yes you can. To print from your own laptop you need to be connected to Wintec Secure WiFi by using your Wintec username and password. Q: Can I print from my mobile phone? Yes you can. Select WintecPrint from your print options on your mobile. Swipe your ID card on a printer to access your print job. Q: How do I scan to OneDrive? Select Scan from the print screen and select Scan To OneDrive. View here. Q: What is the maximum amount I can top up my ID card for printing at any one time? $100 Q: How can I check my printing account balance? Please swipe your ID card on the device on the Printer and the balance will be displayed - please remember to push 'cancel' to finish the session
